Security
The data centers are 24 / 7 manned by a security service. A powerful camera monitoring of the the entrance as well as of the the outdoor and indoor facilities will ensure that no unauthorized persons will be in the Technical Services area.
Power
The permanent power supply is ensured by a sophisticated redundancy concept of multiple power suppliers with multiple, non-crossed cable routes. However, should the power fail, a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) takes care, that all major components are supplied with power, until emergency power generators to take over the operation. For reasons of stability, several emergency power generators were installed.

All servers in nunodesign are hosted electively in Frankfurt am Main or Nuremberg. The data center in Frankfurt is one of the most modern in the world and even satisfies the high safety standards of major european banks.
The data center is designed to be fully redundant, all functions are continuously monitored and numerous safety systems protect servers from unauthorized access. All nunodesign servers are in highly secure environment and are protected from dust, moisture, fire and fire water. Special door systems, video surveillance and a private security service provide an effective, seamless burglary around the Clock.
Specific access controls
Photo identification systems, biometric palm scanners and card systems to all internal doors allow only authorized access to data centers entered. The entrance gates with security glass and steel walls in the entrance and exit area complete the integrated security of the data centers.
